Ka Serry M. Josol

Born on December 22, 1932.  Raised in Calape, Bohol, Philippines. A will known artist/painter during his time. Proof of historic markers tells more stories of how he was a great painter. Specifically the ceiling mural at the Magellan's Cross in Cebu City. The life size painting of Lydon B. Johnson, the 36th U.S. President. Records on this matter cannot be found and i wonder who has that painting now?

There are more to tell but the sad part is nothing has been recorded, our younger minds and ages was not enough to handle this matter... and with the different path he pursued... his life and family was turned around giving more important in religion which brings us where we are now, having the most precious gift that was bestowed in this family inside the Ministry of the the IGLESIA NI CRISTO.

Died on January 4, 2006, leaving his legacy to the future generation to continue is calling.

Before his illness got worsen... Tatay has begun working on another piece, and this is called the "unfinished painting" during the great oppression it portrays the most common mis understanding of who we are at the time. As a worshipper, we have so many diffulties and trials and one of them is by being aggravated. But with the strong faith we received we just ignored all that went thru and not retalliating. So much distraction that even the gathering or worship services are being threatened.

To continue... another panting appears and for some reason i was not able to get the record noted down, overwhelmingly just wanted to see the portrait... "a girl with a dog"... with 2 birds!

this was a contribution send thru an email... as far as i remember there was an email asking how do i related to Serry M. Josol, and when i replied about my relationship...he send this portrait to me... and thats about it! so amaze that i totally forgot all the things that just happened and that was it! im not sure if i could still find that particular event...
